Develops backend processes for hardware improvements and new tech, analyzing data and transferring R&D settings to manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities

Involve in backend process development activities, hardware modification and improvement.
Undertake new process development projects for future technological requirement.
Undertake improvement project to resolve technical challenges encountered during new product stage and manufacturing stage.
Ensure smooth transfer of process setting from R&D team to the manufacturing team.
Work with Reliability team for new evaluation to establish Spin stand HDD correlation.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree/Masters in Science (Chemistry/Physics) or Materials Science or Engineering
Chemistry knowledge to support lubricant development activities, or nanotribology knowledge would be of advantage
Prior experience in advanced data analysis and SPC would be preferred
