Qualifications and Skills Must Have Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Must Have 2+ years of hands-on experience in backend development using Python. Must Have Strong understanding of Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI. Must Have Experience working with RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and microservice architecture. Must Have Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis). Must Have Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming. Must Have Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools like Docker. Must Have Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus. Must Have Exposure to message brokers like RabbitMQ or Kafka is desirable. Must Have Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Must Have Strong communication and collaboration skills. Must Have Bonus: Experience with testing frameworks such as PyTest or UnitTest. Good to have Good to have: Familiarity with GraphQL, WebSockets, or event-driven architecture. Must Have Stay up-to-date with the latest Python libraries, frameworks, and backend technologies.
