Backend Software Engineer, FinTech Payments — Hybrid

Satispay is seeking a Backend Software Engineer to join our Business Team. You will design and build scalable financial systems, covering invoicing, payouts, settlements, and regulatory reporting, while embracing an AI-driven engineering culture.

You’ll own the full story lifecycle and collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality backend services for thousands of businesses. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of Java experience and a solid grasp of cloud platforms (AWS preferred).

Own the story lifecycle from intake to production release. Build and maintain services for invoicing, payout orchestration, and settlement flows. Deliver compliance and reporting solutions for regulatory needs. Contribute to technical excellence with robust, scalable backend solutions. Work in an AI engineering culture to accelerate development while maintaining quality. Grow your technical voice through code reviews and discussions. Estimate effort, resolve blockers, and participate in incident resolution.
