• Product Development: Support fast iterations of TikTok Search business and further enable the product growth.
• Performance & Stability: Build a fast and robust Search product by keeping optimizing system performance and improving service stability.
• Search Engineering Infrastructure: Guarantee reasonable Search architecture governance to ensure that the overall system operates smoothly.
• Search offline processing: Construct a high freshness multi‑media index and provide a reliable offline data support for Search Engine.

Minimum Qualifications

• Final year or recent graduate with computer science, software engineering, information technology or related majors;
• Proficient in back‑end technologies
• Familiar with backend mainstream frameworks.
