- Writing and maintaining clean, high-quality, efficient and well tested code aligning with project specifications
- Architecting and implementing key abstractions bridging software engineering and DevOps

- Collaborating with product and engineering counterparts to build robust and reliable tooling
- Developing and maintaining thorough technical documentation for the platform
- Leveraging AI-assisted tooling and automation workflows to improve developer productivity, accelerate troubleshooting, and enhance platform reliability and maintainability
- 4+ years of software engineering experience building complex backend solutions in a SaaS environment
- Expert skills in at least one modern backend programming language
- Proficiency in relational and nonrelational databases
- Strong understanding of cloud native or cloud hybrid solutions
- Experience using AI-powered engineering tools to accelerate development workflows
- Familiarity with tech stack including Node.js, Go, Typescript, React, RabbitMQ, MongoDB, Postgres, AWS
- Prior experience developing tools to improve the developer experience
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines
