Backend Supplier Management

1. Demand‑Driven Planning
Translate customer demand into detailed supply‑chain plans, secure production capacity, and define appropriate sourcing and logistics strategies.

2.Global Package & Test Coordination
Partner closely with worldwide packaging, test, and material suppliers to manage test‑line capacity, procurement activities, and delivery schedules.

3. KPI Development & Risk Management
Design and maintain supply‑chain performance metrics, implement risk‑mitigation frameworks, and establish backup solutions to prevent single‑point‑of‑failure disruptions at critical nodes.

4. Cross‑Functional Feasibility Assessment
Work hand‑in‑hand with R&D, product marketing, operations, and finance teams to conduct comprehensive feasibility studies and ensure seamless product introductions.

Requirements

1. Experience – Over 10 years of experience in semiconductor wafer fab, packaging & test, or ASIC‑related supply‑chain roles (preferred).
2. Technical Expertise – In‑depth knowledge of wafer‑foundry processes, CMOS technology, mask‑set handling, BGA/FCBGA packaging, and ATE (Automated Test Equipment) testing workflows.
3. Language & Communication – Fluency in English (spoken and written) with proven ability to negotiate and collaborate across cultures and time zones.
