Backend Technical Analyst (Digital Banking)

What you'll do

Main ResponsibilitiesTechnical analysis and design of layered architectures and hexagonal architectures for the business and services layer. Design, definition, and publication of REST and SOAP services, ensuring compliance with API governance. Integration of digital services with core and legacy platforms, guaranteeing high standards of performance, scalability, resilience, and maintainability. Design and implementation of service orchestration processes and massive data processing. Preparation of technical documentation: organic designs, program breakdown, interface diagramming, and business logic traceability. Support for the development team, review, and promotion of unit, integration, and technical QA testing. Participation in the on-call scheme and technical support outside of regular hours for the analysis of critical incidents in production and integrations (REST/SOAP services). Integration of generative AI tools applied to the optimization of the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

Profile RequirementsExperience: Previous experience as a Backend Technical Analyst or Tech Lead in high-availability distributed environments (preferably banking/fintech). Required Technology Stack:Languages and Frameworks: Java, J2EE, and Spring Ecosystem (Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring Cloud). Integration and Services: Apache Camel, REST, SOAP, XML, XPath, SoapUI, Postman, YAML. Databases: Oracle Database. Code Quality and Management: Git, Jira, SonarQube, JUnit. Architectural Knowledge:Microservices-based designs, service-oriented architectures (SOA/APIs), and hexagonal architecture. Software design patterns, integration between decoupled systems, and traceability.
