Backoffice and Client Support Specialist
At Squaretalk, we are looking for a Backoffice and Client Support Specialist to join our team - someone who enjoys finding and presenting solutions to clients and is excited by new technologies. The role involves procuring and configuring phone numbers for clients within a VoIP system. It requires technical proficiency, strong attention to detail and effective communication.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Procure and configure phone numbers for clients.
Maintain and organize phone-number-related information and documentation.
Ensure the accuracy of phone-number configurations and data entries.
Troubleshoot issues related to phone-number configuration and activation.
Communicate clearly with internal teams and clients.
Collaborate with network engineers, software developers and Customer Success teams to resolve technical or operational issues.
Use Excel to manage, store and organize operational data.
Manage inventory of phone numbers.
Requirements
Full professional proficiency in English, proficiency in Hebrew would be considered an advantage.
Strong proficiency in Excel, as it is the primary tool used for managing and organizing data in this back-office role.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate information.
Ability to investigate and resolve configuration or operational issues.
Ability to collaborate effectively with different internal departments.
Interest in telecommunications, VoIP systems and new technologies.
Excellent written communication skills.
Previous experience with telecommunications, VoIP operations, technical support or back-office operations is an advantage.
Working days Sunday - Thursday
