The US Bag Manufacturing, LLC Bag Machine Adjuster includes the following responsibilities and qualifications:
- Setup and Maintenance: Responsible for setting up and maintaining bag-making machines to ensure efficient production.
- Troubleshooting: Monitoring machine performance and making necessary adjustments to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborating with production supervisors and quality control teams to uphold product standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhering to safety protocols and continuous improvement initiatives as part of the responsibilities.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring meticulous attention to detail in the setup and operation of bag manufacturing machinery.
- Problem-Solving: Being proactive in problem-solving to ensure the precision and functionality of bag products.

The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong background in setting up and running bag or pouch machines, excellent attention to detail, proven supervisory skills, and the ability to work on AM and PM Shifts.
