What You’ll Do
- Negotiate and close contracts while providing top-tier service
- Follow up promptly to ensure client satisfaction
- Accurately complete paperwork and administrative tasks
- Manage physical and virtual client files, payments, and communications
- Maintain organized records and uphold compliance standards
- Work independently overnight while collaborating during shift handoffs
What We’re Looking For
- Proven ability to negotiate, upsell, and problem-solve under pressure
- Strong numerical skills (percentages, interest calculations, discounts)
- Confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-responsibility role
- Comfortable working overnight shifts solo while staying focused and productive
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
- Ability to pass a clean background check
- Willingness to occasionally visit the jail for client services
Schedule & Compensation
- 4 days on, 4 days off | Weekends & holidays on rotation
- 6am-6pm
- Weekly salary: $756 + weekly commission and monthly bonus incentives!
