🥐Baker | East Coast | S$2,000–S$2,300 | AWS

We are looking for experienced Bakers to support daily bakery production and maintain consistent product quality.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare, mix, shape, bake and finish bakery products according to recipes and production schedules.
• Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Measure, portion and manage ingredients while minimising wastage.
• Operate bakery equipment safely and correctly.
• Maintain the cleanliness of workstations, equipment and storage areas.
• Follow food hygiene, food safety and workplace safety procedures.
• Assist with ingredient stock checks and daily production planning.
• Support the bakery team during busy production periods.
• Perform other bakery-related duties when assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior commercial baking experience is required.
• Familiar with bakery preparation, dough handling, baking processes and equipment.
• Able to follow recipes and production specifications accurately.
• Positive, responsible and hands-on working attitude.
• Coachable, adaptable and willing to learn.
• Reliable and able to work independently.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Able to perform the physical and hands-on duties of the position.
• Able to work weekends, public holidays and peak festive periods when required.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

• Monthly Salary Package: S$2,000–S$2,300
• Salary package includes 72 hours of monthly overtime
• AWS: One-month 13th-month payment
• Annual Leave: 7 days upon commencement, increasing by 1 day for each completed year of service
• Basic insurance and workplace injury coverage

WORKING HOURS

Permanent Morning Shift:

• 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

OR

Permanent Afternoon Shift:

• 3:00 PM–12:00 Midnight

• 6-day work week
• Rest Day: Monday
