Baker - Full Time
Summary
Full-time baker prepares food, develops bakery products, maintains hygiene standards, and ensures customer service in a retail bakery setting.
EUROSPAR Barnhall, Leixlip Co. Kildare require a full time Baker to join their amazing team.
Bakery Responsibilities
Work with the bakery team to ensure the smooth day to day running of the department
Food preparation
Menu/product development
Providing a high level of customer service at all times
Merchandise and present the Bakery department to the highest standard at all times and in accordance with relevant store planograms and guidelines.
FOOD SERVICE
Check temperatures in the deli area ensuring they are compliant with HACCP regulations
Maintain HACCP records in line with store policies
Monitor Critical Control Points and ensure food is not open to contamination
Comply with relevant controls around all foods including Fresh and Red Meats
Experience would be beneficial
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge of Food Hygiene would be beneficial
