Prepares and serves bakery items for a hotel buffet line, following basic techniques and terminology, with a probationary pay rate of $27.02/hour adjusting to $31.79/hour after 90 days.
The Baker III assists the Baker 2 with function operations and preps accordingly for them. This role also produces for AM buffet line using par-baked products. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable of basic bakery techniques and terminology.
