What You'll Do
- Prepare and produce bakery items according to daily production forecasts and prep lists.
- Mix, shape, and prepare dough and pastry products for baking and shipment to stores.
- Operate bakery equipment including industrial mixers, dough lifters, and ovens.
- Gather and prepare ingredients while maintaining product quality and consistency.
- Follow recipes, production procedures, and food safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to meet production goals.
- Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and follow company policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Ability to follow instructions, accept coaching, and learn new skills.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to producing high-quality products.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous baking, food production, or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.
- Availability to work full-time hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
- Current Food Handler Card required.
