Bakery Chef

We are seeking a talented and experienced Bakery Chef to join our team in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and a strong background in creating a variety of baked goods. As a Bakery Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bakery, ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and presentation. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and bake a wide range of bakery items, including breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies. - Develop new recipes and improve existing ones to enhance our menu offerings. - Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen. - Train and supervise junior staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills. - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area. Required Skills: - Proven experience as a Bakery Chef or similar role. - Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients. - Creativity in recipe development and presentation. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
