Mar-Val Food Stores in Georgetown is looking for a qualified Bakery Deli Manager to lead the department.

This is a FULL-TIME position with full-time benefits that include:

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of bakery and deli staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards and are prepared according to company recipes and guidelines.
• Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery and cost control.
• Make a gross profit to required standards
• Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations to provide a safe environment for employees and customers.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product and service improvements.
• Develop and implement marketing and promotional activities to increase customer engagement and sales.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
