(1) QA Director

• Semiconductor assembly and test experience
• 12+ years of experience in quality, engineering, or manufacturing-related roles
• 5+ years of experience in director or senior manager positions
• Proven experience in building or transforming QA systems
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and NPI quality control
• Experience leading customer-facing quality discussions and driving improvement
• Experience with multi-site or global team alignment is a plus
• English proficiency required

(2) SCM Director

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain procurement with at least 7 years in the semiconductor/OSAT or high teach manufacturing sector.
• BS degree in Engineering, Business Management or related field, MBA or a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Deep understanding of semiconductor testing equipment (ATE, probers), cleanroom construction and global supply chain dynamics.
• Proven experience in international trade compliance, AEO certification, export control laws and intercompany pricing mechanisms.
• Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of managing multi-million dollar CapEx budgets and engaging with high-level supplier executives.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Lead Material Management Division (Including Purchasing/Import/Export/Bonded function)

• Maintain strategic relationships with core equipment suppliers.
• Oversee multi-million dollar CapEx negotiations and push delivery timelines during capacity expansion or urgent NPI (New Product Introduction) ramps.
• Lead procurement and contract negotiation for fab/facility expansion, cleanroom construction and long-term green energy purchase.
