半導體封裝製程工程師(Process Engineer,DLP)

TI is looking for an energetic engineer with a passion for process. This position provides the opportunity to drive continual improvement at all levels. Our team is primarily focused on driving improved procedures and processes. We are searching for a self-directed, highly motivated engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Drive process continuous improvement projects from both process parameter and equipment mechanism perspectives
• Establish SOPs and optimize process flows to strengthen production robustness and yield enhancement
• Qualify new process parameters and hardware retrofits through process deep dives and cross-functional collaboration
• Initiate cost reduction projects through sourcing, tooling modifications, or throughput improvement via close collaboration with buyers and vendors
• Support production output arrangements including normal production and special work request orders
• Work with quality teams to define containment actions and focus on root cause studies for quality events
