研發半導體先進封裝檢測與高精度光學量測設備之精密機構、光機模組與運動平台結構，涵蓋高速顯微鏡頭光機夾治具、微米/次微米級調校機構、熱變形與結構震動抑制分析、自動晶圓取放與搬運模組，並實現高穩定度之設備機電整合與結構可靠度設計。

Develop precision mechanisms, optomechanical modules, and motion stage structures for semiconductor advanced packaging inspection and high-precision optical metrology equipment. Encompass high-speed microscopic lens optomechanical fixtures, micron/sub-micron fine adjustment mechanisms, thermal deformation and structural vibration suppression analysis, and automated wafer handling and transfer modules, achieving high-stability optomechatronic integration and robust structural reliability design

本職缺主要工作內容:
1.高精度光機模組結構設計：負責顯微鏡頭組、多光譜照明模組、雷射光源與感測器之精密光機夾持、防塵及微調機構開發
2.結構動態與熱力學模擬分析：建立設備結構之靜態剛性、模態震動分析（Modal Analysis）與熱形變分析模型，確保次微米級檢測穩定度
3.精密運動與定位平台機構整合：高精度奈米級壓電平台、氣浮平台或多軸直驅馬達之機構整合與公差堆疊分析
4.先進封裝晶圓/載板搬運與承載機構開發：針對 CoWoS / Hybrid Bonding 等製程之晶圓或載台吸盤、真空模組、減震隔振基座與機架結構設計
5.設備組裝、公差驗證與產線量產化設計：制定組裝調校標準作業程序，協同光學、電控與軟體團隊進行機電整合測試與可靠度驗證
