我們正在尋找具備實務經驗的設備工業化工程師，負責半導體設備系統整合與設備導入準備工作。此職位將專注於系統層級整合、提升設備稼動率、維護原型機與無塵室環境，並與研發團隊密切合作，完成系統效能驗證與量產導入。

工作內容
系統整合與效能驗證
1.主導半導體設備由研發原型機至量產系統之整合工作
2.與研發工程師密切合作，完成系統效能驗證與驗收標準制定
3.執行系統效能測試、校正與驗證，確保設備符合設計規格
4.識別系統整合缺口，並於量產或客戶端導入前完成改善與驗證

設備稼動率與可靠度管理（內部與客戶端）
1.維持內部實驗室及客戶端設備之高稼動率與穩定運行
2.執行預防保養、系統檢查及快速故障排除，以降低停機時間
3.分析系統行為、Log 與失效模式，提升設備可靠度與穩定性
4.協助現場服務團隊及客戶解決系統層級問題

原型設備與無塵室管理
1.維護原型設備狀態、配置管理及測試驗證準備
2.確保設備與作業符合無塵室規範，包括污染控制與設備潔淨要求
3.與廠務及 EHS 團隊合作，維持良好無塵室環境
4.管理硬體狀態、校正狀況及系統配置完整性

作業流程審查與工業化導入
1.審查並優化研發端之整合、驗證與維護流程
2.建立系統安裝、校正與故障排除之標準作業流程（SOP）
3.確保流程具備穩定性、可重複性，並適用於內部實驗室及客戶晶圓廠

故障排除與技術支援
1.提供系統問題之實務故障排除（包含機構、光學、電控及軟體介面）
2.主導根因分析（RCA），並執行矯正與預防措施
3.支援客戶端現場問題排除與升級事件處理

Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Industrialization Engineer to support semiconductor system integration and equipment readiness. This role focuses on system-level integration, ensuring high equipment uptime, maintaining prototype and cleanroom conditions, and working closely with R&D to finalize system performance verification.

1. System Integration & Performance Validation

• Lead system-level integration of semiconductor equipments from R&D prototype to production-ready systems

• Work closely with R&D engineers to finalize system performance verification and acceptance criteria

• Execute system performance checks, calibration, and validation to ensure equipments meet design specifications

• Identify integration gaps and drive resolution prior to manufacturing or customer sites

2. Equipment Uptime & Reliability (Internal & Customer Sites)

• Maintain high uptime and availability of systems in internal labs and at customer sites

• Perform preventive maintenance, system checks, and rapid troubleshooting to minimize downtime

• Analyze system behavior, logs, and failure modes to improve reliability and stability

• Support field teams and customers in resolving system-level issues

3. Prototype Equipment & Cleanroom Management

• Maintain prototype equipment condition, configuration control, and readiness for testing and validation

• Ensure compliance with cleanroom standards, including contamination control and equipment cleanliness

• Coordinate with facilities and EHS teams to maintain proper cleanroom environment

• Manage hardware status, calibration state, and system configuration integrity

4. Procedure Review & Industrialization

• Review and refine integration, validation, and maintenance procedures from R&D

• Develop standardized SOPs for system setup, calibration, and troubleshooting

• Ensure procedures are robust, repeatable, and suitable for both internal labs and customer fabs

5. Troubleshooting & Technical Support

Ÿ Provide hands-on troubleshooting for system issues (mechanical, optical, electrical, and software interface)

Ÿ Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions

Ÿ Support on-site troubleshooting and escalation handling at customer locations.
