Banca Channel Manager

We are seeking a Banca Channel Manager for a leading life insurance company. This role is pivotal in achieving business targets through assigned Bancapartners branches. The Banca Channel Manager will be responsible for managing overall business operations in the assigned area, which includes business development, sales, relationship management, operational support, and training. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities and meet overall targets assigned for new business growth. Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel at the assigned partner branches is essential. Additionally, the role involves overseeing all operations, customer servicing, and customer retention activities for these branches. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of a graduation degree and be within the age range of 21 to 33.
