Bancassurance Relationship Manager

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Bancassurance Relationship Manager to join our team in Karnataka. The primary purpose of this role is to drive business growth and increase revenue by establishing and nurturing strong relationships with the sales teams of our channel partners. As a key player in our Bancassurance channel, you will be responsible for meeting business targets, including top-line revenue, persistency, and product mix, through effective collaboration with channel partners. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with assigned channel partner teams to build mutually beneficial business relationships and ensure high performance. - Meet and exceed business targets by leveraging your network and sales skills. - Adhere to company sales processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory regulations. - Maintain a strong understanding of the financial services domain, particularly in life insurance, to effectively communicate value propositions to partners. - Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, including dependability, team orientation, and persuasive communication. - Exhibit a strong sales orientation and customer service focus, with a keen eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment. Required Skills: - Knowledge of life insurance and bancassurance practices. - Proven experience in sales, preferably within the banking or insurance sectors. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. - Customer service orientation and a drive for results. This role offers a competitive salary range of 1.5 Lakh to 4.5 Lakh INR, commensurate with experience.
