Bancassurance Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Bancassurance Sales Executive to join our team in Rajasthan. In this role, you will be responsible for driving life insurance sales through the bancassurance channel by building strong relationships with partner bank branch staff. Your primary objective will be to generate leads and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets. You will conduct regular training and product knowledge sessions for bank staff to enhance their understanding of our life insurance products. Additionally, you will handle customer queries, follow up on leads, and ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Monitoring and reviewing your performance, as well as that of the partner branches, will be crucial to your success in this role. You will also ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements while providing after-sales support and policy servicing to clients. To be successful in this position, you should possess a graduate degree in any discipline and have a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in life insurance sales or general sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Knowledge of life insurance products and the BFSI domain will be advantageous. You should also demonstrate excellent relationship management skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
