Summary
Bank operations officer retrieves documents, maintains data accuracy, and liaises with stakeholders to update customer information in Singapore.
• Work with Operations team to retrieve documents from source systems.
• Perform data maintenance with accuracy.
• Liaise with stakeholders to obtain additional information where required to ensure customers’ information are updated accurately.
• Ensure standard operating procedures are adhered during processing.
• Ad hoc assignment by Team Lead from time to time.
• Support service improvement initiatives when required.
