CIBM Bank is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team at our Peoria location as a Bank Teller! If you have a background in customer service, cash handling, or upselling, this might be the position for you! No prior banking experience is necessary – we'll provide all the training you need to succeed.

Opportunity Description:

• Schedule: This position typically offers 25-29 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with accommodating shift times.

• No Banking Experience Required: We believe in training our team for success, so prior banking experience isn't necessary. We offer comprehensive training to ensure you're confident and knowledgeable in your role.

• Customer-Focused: Use your passion for helping people to provide exceptional service, while promoting bank products and services to meet customer needs.

• Compensation: The budgeted wage for this position is $15-$17/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Bank Teller, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service by accurately processing transactions and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Processing Transactions: Accurately handle cash, deposits, and withdrawals while adhering to bank policies and procedures.

• Promoting Bank Services: Recognize opportunities to refer customers to additional bank services such as Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, and more.

• Assisting Customers: Bank Tellers address inquiries, resolve issues, and support customers with their accounts, ensuring a positive banking experience.

• Contributing to Sales Goals: Participate in sales campaigns and educate customers on the benefits of various bank products and services.

• Administrative Support: Assist with account maintenance and provide support to other team members as needed.

• Compliance and Security: Ensure strict adherence to bank policies, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
