About the Role
Stanbic IBTC, a member of Standard Bank Group, is recruiting Relationship Managers to manage existing business clients, acquire new customers and drive business growth within its Business and Commercial Banking segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing customer portfolios.
- Identify and onboard new clients and businesses.
- Build strong customer relationships and drive profitability.
- Support sales and relationship management activities.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking products.
- Ensure proper account opening, maintenance and application verification.
Requirements
- First degree in any discipline.
- 3–6 years' relevant experience.
- Experience in sales and customer relationship management.
- Financial services experience, particularly managing small businesses, is required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical and teamwork skills.
