Banking & Finance Lawyer - International Law Firm

Join a prestigious international law firm in Riyadh as a Banking & Finance Lawyer, where you'll provide expert legal counsel on complex banking and finance matters, support major transactions, and work with a dynamic team serving top-tier clients in the financial sector. Responsibilities: - Advise clients on a wide range of banking and finance legal issues including loans, securitizations, project finance, and regulatory compliance. - Draft, review, and negotiate complex banking and finance agreements and related documentation. - Collaborate with cross-border teams to provide integrated legal solutions in international finance matters. - Stay current with banking and finance laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia and relevant international jurisdictions. - Support clients through regulatory approvals and liaise with governmental bodies as needed. - Contribute to business development initiatives and maintain strong client relationships.

- Law degree from a recognized university with admission to practice in Saudi Arabia or relevant jurisdiction. - Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience specializing in banking and finance law, preferably within an international law firm environment. - Excellent knowledge of Saudi Arabian banking and finance laws as well as international banking regulations. - Strong drafting and negotiation skills with attention to detail. - Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment. - Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
