Banking & Finance Lawyer - International Law Firm

We are seeking a highly skilled Banking & Finance Lawyer to join our esteemed international law firm based in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal advice on a broad range of banking and finance matters, supporting both local and international clients in complex transactions and regulatory compliance within the region. Responsibilities: - Advise clients on banking, finance, and related regulatory issues in Saudi Arabia and international jurisdictions. - Draft, review, and negotiate complex banking and finance agreements including loan agreements, security documents, and syndicated finance transactions. - Support clients in project finance, structured finance, and acquisition financing transactions. - Conduct legal research and keep abreast of changes in banking and finance laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia and globally. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide integrated legal solutions tailored to client needs. - Represent clients in negotiations with financial institutions, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with local and international legal and regulatory standards relevant to banking and finance activities.

- Licensed lawyer with a degree in Law, preferably with specialization or extensive experience in banking and finance law. - Minimum of 2 - 4 years’ experience working in banking and finance within an international or regional law firm. - Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian banking and financial regulations, as well as international finance laws. - Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating complex financial contracts and transactional documents. - Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. - Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred. - Ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues in a fast-paced, dynamic international environment. - High level of professionalism, integrity, and business acumen.
