Advises banks and corporate borrowers on corporate lending, project finance, and structured lending while drafting and negotiating financing documents and coordinating cross-border deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Transaction Execution: Draft, review, and negotiate complex financing documents, term sheets, and security agreements.
- Client Advisory: Advise international banks, corporate borrowers, or financial institutions on corporate lending, project finance, and structured lending.
- Due Diligence & Research: Conduct legal and regulatory research on cross-border transactions, asset finance, and acquisition finance.
- Project Management: Coordinate deal teams, liaise with local regulators, and work alongside multi-jurisdictional counsel to ensure smooth deal completion.
