Banking HR Manager (Up to $9k) #NKC

We are looking for an HR Executive to support end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, employee lifecycle management, policy administration, learning and development, and HR compliance. The role will work closely with stakeholders and external vendors to ensure efficient HR processes and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and offboarding.
• Process monthly payroll, leave administration, and annual tax filing in collaboration with outsourced payroll providers.
• Administer employee benefits and insurance, including annual renewals and responding to employee enquiries.
• Coordinate with external HR vendors and support vendor performance reviews.
• Develop, review, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal guidelines and employment regulations.
• Partner with hiring managers to support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
• Maintain HR records and update employee information in the HRIS.
• Coordinate learning and development activities and maintain training records.
• Prepare HR reports and support regulatory or internal reporting requirements.
• Organise employee engagement activities and provide general HR administrative support.
• Support HR projects and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
