Banking Infrastructure Project Manager (6-Month Contract)

TAMPINES

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the planning and delivery of infrastructure and workplace technology projects. This is an individual contributor role with no direct people management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate and deliver infrastructure and technology projects.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Track project progress, risks, issues and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate activities across technology teams, business stakeholders and external vendors.
• Organise project meetings and follow up on action items.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards and management updates.
• Maintain project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes and risk logs.
• Ensure projects follow relevant governance, technology and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate infrastructure implementation, testing, migration and deployment activities.
• Support projects involving networks, digital workplace, Microsoft 365, cloud and security technologies.
• Work with technical teams to ensure proper documentation and handover to operations.
• Perform other project-related duties as assigned.
