The Job
- To handle the daily operation activities in Inward Telegraphic Transfer (ITT) / Outward Telegraphic Transfer (OTT)
- Ensure completeness and correctness of customer instructions / application
- Validate customer instructions and ensure compliance checks
- Conduct daily reconciliation of receipts and payouts
- Manage escalation and queries from other supporting teams and business units relating to ITT/OTT and appropriately execute in a professional and timely manner
- Identify and manage risks and controls. Perform control and review functionalities to ensure no backlog, lapse or gaps in operations activities
- Effective management of resources to improve operation activities and team productivity
