What You’ll Do
- Connect with prospective customers and introduce them to our personal finance solutions
- Understand each customer’s financial needs and recommend the right product
- Guide customers through eligibility, documentation, and application
- Generate your own leads through calls, referrals, networking, and field activity
- Build lasting relationships that bring repeat business and referrals
- Meet and beat monthly sales targets, and get paid for it
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A hardworking, target-driven mindset, motivated by attractive incentives
- A confident, persuasive, and customer-first approach
- Fluency in English is a must
Freshers are welcome to apply. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:
- Telecom sales
- Banking or financial services
- Real estate
- Insurance
Language skills that give you an edge: Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam, Tagalog. The UAE’s diverse customer base means every language you speak opens more doors, and more sales.
