Banking & Treasury Specialist

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Banking & Treasury professional with experience in banking relationship management, treasury operations, bank reconciliation, and banking documentation. The ideal candidate should have a sound understanding of banking processes, cash and treasury operations, and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage banking relationships and coordinate with banks for day-to-day banking requirements.

- Handle treasury operations, including cash-flow monitoring and banking transactions.

- Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to ensure accurate financial records.

- Manage banking documentation, account-related records, and KYC compliance requirements.

- Coordinate with banks and internal finance teams to resolve transaction and documentation-related issues.

- Support cash management activities and monitor banking transactions.

- Maintain accurate records of banking activities and ensure timely completion of reconciliations.

- Ensure compliance with applicable banking procedures, documentation standards, and internal controls.

- Prepare reports related to banking transactions, reconciliations, and treasury activities.

- Identify process gaps and support improvements in banking and treasury operations.

Experience & Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial record management.

- Relevant qualifications in finance, accounting, commerce, or banking are preferred.
