Bankruptcy Case Manager - Chapter 7 and 13

About the role

100% Remote | Latin America | Full-Time

We’re seeking an experienced Bilingual Bankruptcy Case Manager to join a boutique U.S. law firm with offices in West Palm Beach, Florida, and Puerto Rico. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases, with strong client communication skills in English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

-Manage bankruptcy cases from intake through case preparation.

-Collect, review, and organize financial and legal documentation.

-Communicate with clients and follow up on outstanding documents.

-Monitor deadlines, case progress, and maintain accurate records.

-Assist attorneys and paralegals with Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 filings.

Requirements

-Experience with U.S. bankruptcy cases (Chapter 7 and/or Chapter 13).

-Previous experience as a Case Manager, Paralegal, or Legal Assistant.

-Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.

-Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple cases.

-Experience with bankruptcy case management software is a plus.

Position Details

-Location: 100% Remote – Latin America

-Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Eastern Time

-Employment: Full-Time, Long-Term
