The United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit seeks applications from all highly qualified candidates for a fourteen-year term of appointment as United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Southern District of Georgia at Savannah.
The basic jurisdiction of a bankruptcy judge is specified in Title 28, United States Code and explained in Title 11, United States Code, as well as in 98 Stat. 344, Pub. L. 98-353, Title I, § 120.
Must be a citizen of the United States or be eligible to work in the United States.
