Are You Ready to Lead and Elevate Guest Experiences?
We’re looking for a Banquet Manager who enjoys the pace of events, likes being on the floor, and knows how to keep a team organized when a lot is happening at once.
You don’t need to stand on the sidelines to lead. We want someone who is visible, involved, and ready to jump in with the team when needed.
What You'll Do
- Lead meetings, weddings, social events, and large group functions from setup through breakdown.
- Review BEOs, floor plans, timelines, and special requests to make sure the team is prepared.
- Partner with Culinary, Catering, and Sales to deliver smooth, well-executed events.
- Coach and develop banquet supervisors, captains, servers, bartenders, and setup teams.
- Lead effective pre-shifts and set clear expectations for service and execution.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, payroll, labor, inventory, and banquet supplies.
- Maintain high standards for service, presentation, cleanliness, safety, and guest experience.
- Be the point person when plans change and keep the team moving forward.
What You Bring
- Banquet, catering, restaurant, hotel, or event leadership experience.
- A hands-on leadership style and willingness to be present during service.
- Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Clear communication and good judgment under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a strong focus on the guest experience.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event business.
No two banquet days are exactly the same. If you enjoy fast-paced events, great food, busy rooms, and seeing a well-run event come together, this could be a great fit.
