Requirements:
- Excellent hospitality, communication and listening skills
- Ability to work with a team
- Availability to work days, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
- Ability to regularly lift and carry trays
- Must be 18 or older
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive attitude and a warm, friendly manner when interacting with guests and co-workers.
- Performs necessary tasks to serve guests and handle all guest requests
- Monitors guest needs on a continual basis
- Guides the guest through all phases of their experience
- Effectively communicates with the kitchen and management team
- Assists other personnel with event set up and breakdown as needed.
