The Job:
As a Banquet Server, you will have the opportunity to meet and interact with people from all over the world! Our Banquet servers are responsible for serving menu offerings for events and assisting guests as needed. Responsibilities include table settings, food station design, and beverage service. Other duties include room refreshes and overall banquet preparation. Maintain knowledge of:
- Daily group functions, including times, locations, and guest counts
- Styles of meeting and banquet room setups
- Correct maintenance and use of equipment
- All hotel policies and procedures
- All safety guidelines
- Wine service
- Attention to detail
