We’re looking for energetic, professional, and service-focused individuals to join our team as a Banquet Server. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our private events banquets, weddings, galas, and member functions ensuring each occasion runs seamlessly and every guest feels special. Your Daily Impact (Essential Duties):

· Set up and break down event spaces with precision and attention to detail.
· Serve food and beverages during private events with professionalism and efficiency.
· Greet and interact with members and guests in a warm, welcoming manner.
· Ensure tables are properly cleared, reset, and maintained throughout events.
· Execute formal banquet-style service including passed hors d’oeuvres and plated meals.
· Maintain a high level of awareness regarding timing and flow of service during events.
· Handle special requests or dietary needs with discretion and accuracy.
· Operate POS systems when needed and follow proper billing protocols.
· Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in both front and back-of-house areas.
· Collaborate closely with event leads, culinary staff, and fellow servers to ensure smooth execution.
· Participate in setup rehearsals, staff meetings, or walkthroughs when required.
