Position Summary
Talking Stick Golf Club is seeking reliable, energetic, and guest-focused Banquet Servers to join
our events team. As a Banquet Server, you’ll help execute a variety of special events—ranging
from golf tournaments and weddings to corporate functions—ensuring top-tier service and
smooth, memorable experiences for our guests.
The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven
environment. Flexibility, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up banquet rooms and event spaces according to floor plans and event details
- Greet and serve guests in a friendly, attentive, and professional manner
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately during plated and buffet-style events
- Clear tables, refresh water and beverages, and maintain a tidy event space throughout service
- Assist with event breakdown and resetting for the next function
- Work closely with kitchen staff and banquet captains to ensure seamless service
- Follow event timelines and instructions with attention to detail
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation
- Ensure all alcohol service complies with state and club policies
