BAP Operations
- Identifying and developing new opportunities with business
- Proposing and leading initiatives or projects of US Operations business within the appointed work areas
- Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
- Identifying and resolving issues (if any)
- Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
- Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
- Obtaining business acceptance of project deliverables.
- If necessary, controling and managing operational activities in goal-oriented work areas
