We are looking to bring on board a Bar and Dining Room Manager to join our team at Playa de Palma, Mallorca. This role will be key to ensuring that our quality and service standards continue to make a difference in our guests' experience. What you'll do

📝 Main Responsibilities

• Qualified performance of management, planning, organization and control functions for the restaurant-bar-cafeteria.

• Organize, direct and coordinate the work of the staff under your supervision.

• Direct, plan and carry out the full range of activities in your area.

What we're looking for

🔑 Position Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Hotels with a minimum of 4 stars.

• High school diploma.

• German language proficiency

• Outstanding interpersonal skills and customer orientation.

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in Hotels.

• Knowledge of other languages.

• Training at a Hospitality School.
