About the role
At AgioGlobal, we are selecting a dynamic, creative Bar Manager with solid technical experience to lead bar operations in a Beach Club located in San Pedro de Alcántara (Marbella).
What you'll do
Bar Management and Leadership: Organize, supervise, and motivate the bar team, ensuring fluid, agile, and high-quality service.
Proposal and Mixology: Design and update the classic and signature cocktail menu, aligned with the Beach Club concept and Alabardero Catering events.
Operational and Cost Control: Supervise stock, recipe costing, waste control, supplier orders, and cash reconciliations.
What we're looking for
Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years as a Bar Manager or Head Bartender in high-volume establishments, beach clubs, or premium events.
Training: Specialized training in cocktails, mixology, and bar service.
Languages: Fluent Spanish and English.
What you'll get
Salary: €28,000 gross/year + incentives
Job Stability: Permanent contract in a hospitality group of recognized national prestige.
Working Day: Full-time, Monday to Sunday, with 2 days off per week.
