Description: Hoteles Servigroup is looking for a person for the position of Bar Manager for Hotel La Zenia; we encourage you to join our team.
What you'll do

Bar Manager
Main Functions / Tasks.
Receiving customers.
Be the point of reference for the bar team.
Coordinate and supervise the smooth operation of the bar.
Provide direct customer service for beverage consumption.
Control of purchases and inventories.
Keeping the work area clean and organized.
Transport tools and items necessary for service.
Management indicators.
Customer satisfaction.
Complaint management.
Reduction of waiting time.
Specific duties
Provide information regarding the various drinks and foods on the menu.
To inform and advise the customer on the composition and preparation of the different products available.
What we're looking for
Desired experience in a similar position: 2 years.
Education & certifications
Bartending courses, cocktail courses, food handler's certificate.
Customer service and allergens
