Bar Manager

Join a newly opened, high-end Italian venue in Dubai and lead the bar operations of an intimate, sophisticated lounge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily bar and lounge operations, ensuring exceptional service standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate the bar team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
• Manage beverage quality, inventory, stock control, and cost efficiency.
• Develop innovative cocktails and maintain high standards of beverage presentation.
• Ensure smooth service flow and a welcoming, premium lounge atmosphere.
• Drive guest satisfaction, repeat business, and revenue growth.
• Maintain compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or Bar & Lounge Manager in upscale hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and guest relationship skills.
• Experience in high-end restaurants, cocktail lounges, or premium lifestyle venues is preferred.
• Italian or Spanish language skills are highly preferred.
• A polished personality with a passion for premium hospitality and service excellence.
