Summary
A barback sets up, breaks down, and restocks bars for events, focusing on cleanliness and efficiency while supporting bartenders.
The Barback is responsible for the setup, breakdown and restock of all products and tools for an event with an emphasis on cleanliness, efficiency, and hospitality. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, filling ice bins, cutting garnish, restocking glassware and liquor, and keeping bars clean. Each team member is expected to assist when and where necessary during an event to ensure flawless execution. The Barback will be expected to perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
