Barback - Lot 12 (Part Time)

Picture yourself in the center of the action in a lively hotel bar, where every night is a new adventure. As the Barback, you'll be instrumental in ensuring our bar operations run seamlessly, supporting our bartenders to provide exceptional service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all our guests.

Your Role:

As a Barback, your main goal is to support our bartenders in delivering top-notch service. You'll be responsible for keeping the bar stocked with all the essentials and ensuring the space remains clean, organized, and welcoming. Some of your key responsibilities include:

• Keep the bar stocked with liquor, syrups, glasses, napkins and all other necessary items before and during service hours.
• Prepare garnishes, refill ice wells, change beer kegs and restock napkins and straws.
• Maintain bar cleanliness by quickly cleaning up spills, removing used glassware, and keeping the bar area tidy.
• Coordinate with managers, kitchen staff and security to ensure efficient service to customers.
• Handle emergency situations such as cleaning up broken glass and clearing up clogged drains.
• Other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior F&B experience in a hotel or bar/restaurant preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Unexpired Alcohol Awareness Certification and Food Handlers Certification.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor and delivering exceptional service.
• Knowledge of call and well brand liquors, wines, and beers a plus.
• Flexible availability.
