Job Purpose:
- The Barback at ROCK-N-SAKE plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our high-paced restaurant. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work your way up within our establishment, as we strongly believe in cross-training and promoting from within. The Barback will support the bar staff by maintaining stock levels, preparing garnishes, refilling glasses, washing glassware, and assisting in running food and drinks as needed. Your contribution will be essential to the bar's success, particularly during busy shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
