• Perform precision cutting.
• Apply cosmetics and perform complementary beauty services with meticulous attention to detail.
• Maintain pristine workstation cleanliness and uphold comprehensive sanitation practices across all tools and equipment.
• Drive retail sales by sharing expert product knowledge and recommending professional hair care regimens to clients.
• Demonstrate professionalism and superior interpersonal communications during all client interactions and team collaborations.
• Handle administrative functions, including appointment scheduling, general mathematics for billing, and coordinating daily salon operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Thorough knowledge of modern hairstyling, professional hair care, and cutting techniques.
• General knowledge of sanitation standards, workspace cleanliness, and safety regulations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of customer service principles, sales strategies, and effective product knowledge.
• Clear proficiency in the English language for fluent client communication and consulting.
• Possession of a valid Barber License or Cosmetology License is required for this role.
